The village itself is located on the south east end of Lake Fuschlsee and 6 miles North West of Lake Wolfgang, secluded from the main road Fuschl is traffic free and provides a safe environment to wander around the numerous shops, cafes and restaurants dotted around the lakeside. Fuschl is within easy reach of St Wolfgang, Salzburg, Alpbach and Zell am See.

Day 1: Leisurely outward journey via Eurotunnel to Belgium for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Continue to Lake Fuschl and spend 6 nights at the Hotel Schutzenhof.
Day 3: Day of leisure.
Day 4: A leisurely tour firstly travelling to the spa town of Bad Ischl, where the healing power of salt water baths in the Salzkammergut was  discovered at the beginning of the 18th century. The journey continues to the beautiful lakeside village of Hallstatt, described as probably the  most beautiful lakeside village in the world.
Day 5: Salzburg is Austria’s fourth largest city and the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1756. It is also known as the setting for the film “Sound of Music,” and also for its baroque architecture in an Alpine setting. Salzburg castle was created in 1606 and gives a view over the city.
Day 6: A half day tour, situated on the shores of Wolfgangsee. St Wolfgang is the most visited place in the Salzkammergut with its famous White Horse Inn and lakeside promenade.
Day 7: Day of leisure.
Day 8: Travel to Belgium for an overnight stay.
Day 9: After an early breakfast, continue via Eurotunnel, arriving home early evening.
