The Mediterranean coastal town of Lloret de Mar is one of the most popular resorts on Spain’s Costa Brava with its award wining Blue flag sandy beaches, numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping and nightlife. Lloret also has many interesting cultural attractions of significant interest including the Gothic church of Sant Romà, the medieval castle of San Joan, the cliff top Italian Renaissance style Santa Clotilde gardens and the maritime museum which is situated on the seafront.

Itinerary
Day 1: Outward journey via Eurotunnel to Orleans for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Continue to Lloret de Mar and spend 6 nights at the Royal Beach Hotel .
Day 3: Day of leisure.
Day 4: A full day excursion to the beautiful city of Barcelona. Situated on the Iberian Peninsula and Mediterranean coast, this modern, thriving city with a rich history and cultural heritage is a truly wonderful place to visit and explore. With its gothic architecture, modern shopping centre, parks and museums, and other numerous attractions such as Las Ramblas, Gaudi’s Güell Park and the iconic Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, Barcelona has to be one of the greatest cities in Europe. Day 5: Day of leisure.
Day 6: A full day excursion to the nearby city of Girona with its historical old town, fortified city walls, Jewish quarter, Romanesque Cathedral with cloisters and tower
and a Gothic Nave. Girona also has numerous other attractions and monuments including the Arab Baths as wells as a fantastic selection of restaurants.
Day 7: Day of leisure.
Day 8: Homeward journey travelling to Orleans for an overnight stay.
Day 9: After an early breakfast, continue via Eurotunnel, arriving home early evening.
