The Black Forest, or Schwarzwald, is one of the most beautiful regions of Germany and is situated in Baden-Württemberg,
south-western Germany. The Black Forest is bordered by the Rhine Valley to both the west and south and is a wonderfully picturesque region with rolling landscapes of vineyards, mountains and lakes, river valleys, wide open countryside, historic towns and villages and forests.

Itinerary

Day 1: Leisurely outward journey via Eurotunnel to Calais for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Continue to the Black Forest and spend 6 nights at the Landhotel Rebstock.titisee town centre
Day 3: Day of leisure.
Day 4: Baden Baden and the Schwarzwald Hochstrase: A full day excursion travelling firstly to the picturesque spa town of Baden Baden located on the western foothills of the Black Forest on the Oos River. After a short stop we continue  exploring this wonderfully attractive region travelling along the Schwarzwald Hochstrase, or Black Forest High Road, the oldest and one of the best known themed roads in Germany. A stop will be made at the Mummelsee, the highest lake in the Black Forest.
Day 5: Freudenstadt: A full day excursion, travelling into the heart of the magnificent Black Forest region to the historic town of Freudenstadt before continuing onto Triberg visiting the house of a 1,000 cuckoo clocks and which features the largest cuckoo clock in Germany.
Day 6: Titisee and Freiburg: A full day excursion, via the popular health resort of Triberg and Fur twangen to Lake Titisee in the south of the Black Forest and one of the most popular resorts in Germany. After free time to explore we then continue the short distance to Freiburg.
Day 7: Day of leisure.
Day 8: Travel to Calais for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Homeward journey travelling via Eurotunnel, arriving home early evening.
