Itinerary
Day 1: Leisurely outward journey to tour the Isle of Wight and spend four nights at the Ocean Hotel in Sandown arriving late afternoon.
Day 2: At leisure in Sandown.
Day 3: Cowes and Osborne House. An excursion firstly to Cowes, the yachting capital of the Island before a visit to Queen Victoria’s seaside retreat.
Day 4: At leisure in Sandown.
Day 5: Ventnor, Alum Bay and Godshill. A day excursion through Ventnor to Alum Bay, home of the famous coloured sand; and The Needles which are the western most point of the Isle of Wight, conclude the day with a visit to Godshill, one of the prettiest villages on the Island.
Day 6: At leisure in Sandown.
Day 7: At leisure in Sandown.
Day 8: Depart after breakfast for the homeward journey arriving early evening.
