Itinerary

Day 1: Leisurely outward journey to Scarborough spending four nights at the Ambassador Hotel arriving mid afternoon.
Day 2: Day of leisure in Scarborough
Day 3: We take a trip down the coast to the resort of Bridlington and Freeport Hornsea. We visit Freeport, an outlet village in pleasant surroundings, for some retail Therapy! Market day in Bridlington is on Wednesday.
Day 4: Travel inland to the market town of Helmsley with time available before travelling through Bilsdale, known as ‘little Switzerland’, to the market town of Guisborough before returning to Scarborough.
Day 5: Depart after breakfast for the homeward journey arriving late afternoon.
