Our tour stays in Glengarriff, situated on the world renowned Bantry Bay the gateway to the Beara Peninsula. The area has
gained a reputation for having a greatselection of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. County Cork is the largest county in Ireland and enjoys some of the most stunning scenery and landscapes imaginable, with gentle hills and beaches to the east, rolling green hills and mountains to the north and to the south a wild and rugged coastline with rocky headlands, hidden coves and wonderful bays all warmed by the Gulf Stream.

The Eccles hotel is one of Irelands longest established hotels, offering modern amenities housed in a 250 year old building
overlooking Bantry Bay. Many of its bedrooms and the restaurant overlook the Bay and nearby Garnish Island. What’s included:

Itinerary
Day 1: Travel via North Wales for an afternoon ferry crossing to Dublin and on to the Days Hotel Park West in Dublin for 1 night.
Day 2: Continue across Ireland to Glengarriff and spend four nights at the Eccles Hotel.
Day 3: A full day excursion to the harbour town of Kinsale, travelling via Bantry and the Stone Circles at Drombeg.
Day 4: Day at leisure to explore Glengarriff.
Day 5: A full day excursion through magnificent scenery to Kenmare and then onto Killarney.
Day 6: Travel back to Dublin for a one night stay at the Days Hotel Park West in Dublin.
Day 7: Take the morning ferry crossing to Holyhead and then continue homeward, arriving at our interchange late in the afternoon.
