The Yorkshire Dales - Emmerdale and Last of the Summer Wine
%imagedesc1%
For years, directors have flocked to Yorkshire in search of locations for their films. Its unspoilt charm has led film crews to set up their cameras throughout the area, in order to create some of our favourite television dramas and films. Our tour for 2009, takes us to Esholt (Beckindale), the original ‘Emmerdale’ location before the village was re-created near Leeds, then on to Holmfirth, the location of the comedy series ‘Last of the SummerWine’.
