The town of Troon is situated on the west coast of South Ayrshire in Scotland about eight miles north of Ayr. Lying across the Firth of Clyde, the Isle of Arran can be seen. Troon is famous for its Royal Troon golf course,one of the hosts to the Open Golf Championship.The course is chosen to host this annual event approximately every seven years.

Largs and Saltcoats: A full day firstly visiting Largs, a hugely popular sea-side town on Scotland's beautiful west coast. From June to August each year Largs pier is a regular calling point for the Waverley, the world's last sea-going paddle steamer. Continue with a visit to Saltcoats across from the lovely Isle of Arran.

Glasgow - The Merchant City: A full day to explore Glasgow, famous for its vibrant music scene, its multitude of shops with famous high street names, stylish bars, excellent restaurants and the wonderful mix of Victorian, Edwardian and modern architecture.
