This tour includes fast ferry crossing from Stranraer to Belfast, 4 nights accommodation with dinner, bed & breakfast at the Abbey Hotel Donegal and the following excursions:

Killybegs, Glengesh Pass and Dungloe: A full day firstly to Killybegs passing Slieve League, the highest cliffs in Europe at 1,972 feet above the ocean. Continue travelling along the beautiful Donegal Coast that provides dramatic coastal views over Glengesh Pass. Arrive at Dungloewhere the popular Mary from Dungloe Festival takes place each year. Crossing the Hills of Donegal, arrive in Letterkenny with free time before making a return journey through The Gap.

Enniskillen and Armagh: A full day travelling to the border town of Balleek, famous for Balleek Pottery founded in 1857, before continuing alongside the Lakes of Fermanagh to Enniskillen where you can visit the 15th Century Enniskillen Castle, Heritage Centre and Museum. Continue to one of Ireland’s oldest cities Armagh which dates back to the time of St Patrick. The town has two Cathedrals’ both called St Patricks. Return to Donegal via Kesh.

Buncrana and Raphoe: After breakfast depart Donegal for New Mills Corn and Flax Mills , before continuing the journey to Buncrana the main town of Inishowen and a popular seaside resort on the eastern shore of Lough Swilly. Visit Fort Dunree Military Museum with military memorabilia and records dating back 180 years. From here travel to Raphoe, The Church of Ireland Cathedral is on the site of a Columban monastery.
